	ESPN STAR SPORTS QUIZ
	The T.V.Channel ESPN, START SPORTS organized a Sports Quiz here in the school in which 4 teams of 5 students each took part. In the senior category, Sukhdeep (12) won the First prize, Madhav the second and Ramil won theThird. While in the junior category, Manvi stood First, Vikrant stood Second and Pratit stood Third.
	NATIONAL BASKETBALL
	It is a matter of great pride that our students are excelling in Basketball in the under 14 category. 2 girls Riya & Diksha and 2 boys Kartik &Vishwadeep have already gone to Nawashahar to represent our city in the National Games. In the under 17 category, 2 girls, Reetinder & Harneet and 2 boys.Girish and Lovepreet have been selected to represent Chandigarh in the National Games to be held at Lucknow from the 19 May,2007

December brought with it a virtual climax to the school's extra curricular events with the staging of the Annual Cultural Display which has become a veritable bonanza of colour and talent.The humdrum of activities nevertheless remained alive with our enterprising students going for honours in Inter school state and National level Competitions. 28th April, 2007	Pariksha Oberoi won Third Prize in 'On the Spot - Painting Competition' organised by Social Democratic Youth Of India. Painting Competition based on energy Conservation organised by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government Of India. All School dues are to be paid by cheques only in favour of ST. XAVIER'S SCHOOL.
Transport Fees should be paid by separate cheque.
The School fee office will be closed from 1 June, 2007 to 30 June, 2007. The office will be open from 1 July, 2007 for parents convenience. So please clear your dues early.
The Day-Boarding will be closed from 15 June, 2007 to 30 June, 2007 in the Chandigarh School. Day- Boarding will resume on 2 July, 2007.
